Hey guys, uhm I got SC2 2 or 3 days ago, and I was relly excited til' I found this prob; I've played the two first missions, and I got to the Zero Hour one, everything's fine until it starts loading, music plays normally and when the loading bar is completely full it will eventually freeze and stay there until I manually reboot the pc, it's really painful and I don't like doing that to it, but it seems to be the only way to get out of the frozen screen. Idk if it has something to do with my system specs or what but I'll leave them in the post just in case. Btw sorry for my english :S

    EVGA x58 SLI
Intel Core i7 950 @3.07 Ghz no OC
    nVidia GeForce GTX 480
    WD Caviar Green 2TB HDD
    Don't Really now the RAM's model, but it's 2x4Gb 1600Mhz

    Thank you in advance guys.

I figured out it's not only in that mission this happens, I uninstalled the game, then started a new campaign and when the loader was full it suddenly stopped, please help me don't just read the post :(

The issue is bigger than I thought, I can't even play a solo game with A.I. I don't really undersatnd what's happening:( I can't play anything, and this has never happened with any game before.

hey uhm, i thought this was a forum for sc2 players who were looking for help, but actually you were useless; I already solved the problem for all of the newcomers who also have this problems, defraged and cleaned up the registry, also closed all the useless programs (if you don't want to do it manually you can get game booster, it really helped me, also updated drivers. Reboot and you're done, hope this is useful, thanks and hope the best for the forum.

Those are no-brainer steps so I hope you weren't looking for a post suggesting those. Glad you resolved it.
