Campaign: Credit for Hard clear if completed Brutal

I want to optimize my time while getting the "complete campaign on hard and brutal" achievements. i have done zero on brutal and a handfull (maybe 40%) on hard already. my current campaign only has access to 23/26 missions (didnt do the zeritual ones before completing All In).

So, rather than load previous saves like crazy to get the Hard clear, im wondering if i should just restart a campaign and play through brutal (if and only if ill get credit for hard too).

anyone know what will happen?

I'm pretty sure you'll get credit for hard (i played hard compaign, got cred for normal and casual)

 

Yes you get credit for hard and normal if you play through on brutal.

 

great thanks guys, looks like ill just play through brutal and get cred for hard, then go back and beat the hard achievements and then lastly do the 8hr lol

 

Wait, you get credit for brutal?

I lost interest in single player pretty quickly, but I don't recall there being any brutal level achievements. You would still get credit for the hard ones, but no recognition for the fact it was actually completed on brutal.

I'd like to know since I might pick back up the achievements/sp campaign at some point.

 

There aren't any brutal achievement aside from the completionist AFAIK. They're talking about getting lower level (i.e. hard and normal) achievements for doing them on brutal.

 

He's talking about completing the campaign missions on brutal for which there are some achievements then going back and doing the per mission hard achievements.
