I found out C&C's going to have an expansion soon. It's called Kane's Wrath. Here's the link on IGN:http://pc.ign.com/articles/814/814252p1.html It sounds promising, but so did C&C3. I think it'll suck. I might try it still.
C&c sucks. It's not balanced at all. The graphics are bad as well. I played it only for like 10 minutes. Oh and that 'superweapon' makes no sense in it. With that counter anybody will know you're up to build a nuke.. I simply don't like it.. EA stay at the racing games. Those are good. Leave the RTS games for Blizzard
Hey hey, you C&C haters need to play the Westwood C&C games, the ORIGINALS. Don't bother with EA's crap. I'd choose Westwood over Blizzard anyday.
westwood did do a considerably better job with the franchise, but the games that came out at the time when starcraft was out are no comparison.
I don't play C&C but i remember seeing Red Alert i heard some C&C fans didn't like Tiberian Sun at all :S
your kidding right? TS was superb infact most C&C fans liked it the best expansion was good as well but too bad we have to deal with eas sorry shit otherwise we would still have westwood and a kick azz C&C3
The entire C&C franchise was good until EA came along. Although I haven't played the Westwood games in years.
C&C3 was OK not as awesome as any of the others to bear the C&C title but I still play it. The expansion should be good even if it is sounding a little too ZH
The only reason i played C&C3 was for the movie quality mission briefings (At least EA kept them in). Even though all the actors sucked apart for the guy who played Kane ;D.
red alert, red alert 2, and yuri's revenge are good i think its the best of all the series. but because EA games has them now... i not so shure
I think EA put all of the old Westwood C&C games into a package called the Last Decade or something like that.
I found alittle more info on this expansion pack and it seems they are adding something rather new to rts's. apparently now each faction will have a group of sub factions, which has the same base units just they will have slight bonuses over each other and each subfaction will have a unique unit. I don't know but you might want to keep track of this expansion it may just be able to bring tiberium wars alittle innovation.....
The sub-factions remind me a bit of AoE 3's bonus cards, or whatever they were called. Both games kinda sucked anyways.
