I watched this for the..... 5th time today. I urge you all to see this sooner or later, it is very interesting and cool.
Butterfly effect is one of my favourite movies. Altough it is deep, and philosophic, has a complicated story, it is the best film I've ever seen. No doubt, it describes hard life the best way, and it anwsers the "how would it happen if.." questions. Still leaves open some questions to think about.. Here I link in the official site, maybe you can find some nice pictures in their gallery, as long as I saw it it follows the order of the movie. http://www.butterflyeffectmovie.com/
That movie is amazing, the butterfly efect talk about the chaotic math, is very complex, I did an Study about the Chaos Theory, they are only variables, doesn't exist an simple mathematic equation to explain this thery. "Does the flap of a butterfly’s wings in Brazil set off a tornado in Texas as a title." With that paragraph, explain everithing.
I haven't seen it actually....I don't really know what it's about. Kraft mentioned the Chaos Theory....if that's what it's about, I'm totally renting it
To be honest, I got bored. It's a cool idea for those that aren't already heavy thinkers No offense meant. If you wanna see movies similar in style, you should see "pi"
Run Lola Run is along the same lines but is a hell of alot better. Edit: deja vu, I swear we've done this before...
No, it's not exactly math-related. It's about a guy that finds a way to re-live supressed memories from his past. There's a Butterfly Effect 2 coming, I saw somewhere.
The movie explain... if you change something very little in the past, the future will be very diferent... like Run lola Run, but I like more The Butterfly Effect...
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I found a site that you can see it. (starting to watch it now) http://www.watch-movies.net/movies/the_butterfly_effect/ EDIT: I watched the whole thing, and the movie was great. I'm surprised how much emotion there was in it. I have to say it's one of the best movies I've seen. The ending was sad though, I don't like sad endings
Butterfly Effect 2 has been released. If you value at all your first impression of the movie, do not see the second. It'll only taint your view of the "franchise" - In other words, it sucked. The first was pretty amazing. Lot's of character in it. Lot's of "twists" - Kind of. It's nice seeing alternate versions of characters you already, "know" I thought the ending to the first gave some way to a sequel, but not the piece of dog poo that was released.
