Its so dead today, I've taken 1 call in almost 4 hours now. I have taken a notice to alot of the spam we get in our email system that seem to get past filtering. Examples below.

O and Shadow, I had another first over the phone the other day. I had to try and figure out why this women couldnt download her mail, when the lady didnt know how to delete text, type what I said, or click large buttons like, "SEND/REC". Among other things, that should be common sense. And when I am giving instructions. I for a split second thought it was a prank.. if it wasnt an old lady I prob woulda hung up. Biggest idiot of `08 by far

Tinky, help desk job owns, its so funny xD.

My friend told me today that he spent 1 hour wasted trying to tell this customer how to connect to the internet, only for her to have dial up, and not only that, she didnt even know she signed up for MSN for the next month in dial up lmao!

He got in so much trouble xD
