BlizzCon. What would you like to know.

I am one of the contenders for the BlizzCon VIP tickets, and as such would like everyone’s input on things they would like the 5 lucky winners to focus on. As we are all avid StarCraft fans, desperately waiting for the release of StarCraft 2, lots of attention from the winners will surely be focused on the game play and mechanics of the game, however I wanted to know if there are any special requests that people may have of the winners.

The reason for this posting is that while I have been following the details of StarCraft 2 I must admit I do not follow the rest of the Blizzard lineup, and sure that others here must want details on other products. The winners of the BlizzCon VIP tickets are ‘our’ representatives and should try and address your concerns.

Same here!

Although I'm more of a Warcraft player than StarCraft currently but I know for sure once StarCraft 2 hits shelves it'll steal a good majority of my WoW time ;D

I would like to see as much video footage of the event as possible
but you probably shouldnt worry about that becuase of organisations like gamespot, pc gamer ect will probably be covering everything with cameras.

I'd like a first hand account of how the game feels when you play it. Make sure that it runs smooth and how far along you think the game is. If it feels like an alpha then it probably isn't the smoothed out yet. I don't know how much you'll be able to play but any feedback on the games mechanics would be good.

i wanna know how effective units are. on paper, everything looks great, but in practice, things are different.
o and i wanna know if blackhole has friendly fire.

I am also one of the contender, but if I did not win it, I wanted to know whether the zerg and/or the terran will recieve any new unit that will balance out the MS of the protoss and will they release any trailers that features the new units for zerg and terran.

1. Tell us about ANY new unit available in demos.

2. Buildings and whatnot.

3. Is it still 8 minerals and vespene per run?

4. Tell us how the accursed Nydus Worms work.

5. Take as many game pictures as you can.

When exactly is BlizzCon going down? sometime in August or later?
I personally would like to see some info on the Terrans and if anything has changed units/gameplay/technologies wise since the demo video.

ask blizz as much questions as possible, make a Q & A. that would be the most imformative. yes, how does it feel? u should add a lot of personal references.

I hope so. It was dumb to start with 4 and 50 minerals. Why not start with 5 instead?

 

I would like to know if beta is going to start before the end of the year.

I would also like to know most of the Terran and Zergs units/mechanics.
