    Go survival, most hunters in my ulduar group are that for some reason.

    Pretty much.

    I personally play a little different, but those two builds are the most widely effective for most play styles.

    For pets I really like my dragonhawk on my hunter alt. I love it's fire breath.

    And for talents. I'm going a little BM about 20 points into that and then I'm going to get near the end of MM. But each person has their own style.

    Back when I played hardcore, I had a Marksman specced Hunter. If you can get some decent gear with +AGL, +AP, and +Crit, you can do some insane burst damage for PvP. Aimed shot, Improved Concussion Shot, then kite. They're dead.

    Course, that was before Death Knights and their Grip spell
