Just wonder who thought what series was best.

I personally prefer DS9. TNG probably had the best single episodes and plots, but there were so many episodes that were just awful, that it drags down the average. DS9 was pretty much the only star trek series where, when you watched, the chance that you got at least a decent ep was higher than 90 percent.

Wait, wasn't TNG the one with the Enterprise?

In any event, I liked TNG the best. Picard is the face of Star Trek for me. It was fun.

I didn't like Voyager, and every time I tried watching DS9, it was ridiculously boring.

Four of the series had an enterprise. The original and animated series had the Enterprise-A, TNG had the enterprise-D and E, enterprise had the enterprise

So I just saw the omega glory(TOS)...

I thought silly amounts of patriotism were a modern thing for america, but dear god this episode. I still reccommend it for it's supreme, supreme sillyness though.

Omega Glory aired in 1968, which was during the Vietnam War, and in the middle of a troop escalation, and aired right after the Tet Offensive.

    Makes sense to me

I didn't say it doesn't make sense in the context of it's era. I'm just saying it's damn silly and it doesn't make sense in the context of the show. Remember that one of the main characters is from soviet russia, and the entire federation is a communist society.
