Best RPG

What's the best RPG you've ever played? Mine is Overlord.

 

Panzer Dragoon Saga. It was released for the Sega Saturn and that was it. But those who have played it have this cult gathering consensus that it's probably one of the best, if not THE best, RPG ever made. I loved it to death and a copy in mint condition goes above 200-300 bucks on Ebay. I know, iz crazy.

 

I never played it.

Oblivion the elder scrolls 4...i must of wasted over 100 hours of my life on that. Its truly an amazing game.
Fable was also really great, ive must of replayed it 9 times. It was really cool because pretty much all my friends had it so we were all able to talk about our characters and the secret things we had found out.

I don't know much in RPGs, however my favorites were the Final Fantasies.

 

Kotor was good, that also took up a lot of my life lol. Great story but the combat, well it was okay in my opinion but then again ive never been a fan of turn based fighting

 

I played KOTOR too.

My friend likes that game.

 

With good reason too. Oblivion is great and I reccomend it to anybody. It must have over 500 quests, the levelling system is easy and great and character creation lets you completly customize your own in game entity.

 

OK I'll have to try it sometimes.

 

final fantasy 7 is tied with chrono trigger for number one is my book.......... other rpg games i like are the FF series, secret of mana, xenogears, mario rpg (surprisingly good rpg), and of course zelda ....... im probably forgetting some

 

Yes. I guess so.

 

Planescape: Torment. Best story ever. You can win by willing yourself out of existence.

 

the best game ive ever played was Dark Age of Camelot, although, its been in a steady decline ever since one of the expansions came out (trials of atlantis), it destroyed the story and made the game extremly pve based, mind you, its been coming back to pvp, but the games practically dead, and its company (mythic) have began a new project (Warhammer Online)

 

oblivion and Wow, hands down.
