Anybody here played it yet? I finished the demo for the 360, and I want more. Just a bit concerned about it getting repetitive. :/ Any opinions?
I've been following this game for a long time, and after playing it, it is quite possibility the best action game of all time. It very much revolutionizes the genre like the first Devil May Cry did, God of War 3 stands no chance. You don't need to be concerned about it being repetitive at all. I would go as far to say this is a must own for anyone.
It is. Got it two days ago, and have been playing non stop. It lasted for a good ten hours, and that's on normal difficulty and without counting deaths. (it works with checkpoints, and it only counts time you spend to get to the next one without dying) And now it turns out that my silver award sucks, since there are 3 more higher ones. Other then that, there are separate challenges, unlockables, achievements and other stuff I didn't even notice the first time. This is so going to keep me busy for at least 40 hours, and even after getting everything it probably won't be boring. Leaderboards ftw! Also, the plot and enemies are pretty epic. I'd say it's better then other games in this genre. But don't expect any Tolkien-ish rpg quality. Haha. Lastly: Bayonetta gets half naked every time you make a decent combo, if that's your thing. I just like the sight of the enemies being ripped apart.
it looks awesome, but i don't really play console games. i'd get it if it came out for the PC. crazy hack-and-slash mayhem with boobs. sex and violence in one tight package. i'd have to say this is THE game for satisfying primal urges.
