Battle.net GIF Image Secret

I was on Battle.net, and found something I had never discovered. At the very bottom of the Battle.net home page, you will see a GIF image, a moving image, that looks like a hologram projector. Well, at first, when you look at it, you do not see a hologram. Hold your mouse over the top of it, and you will see a little message that says, "Help me Jim Raynor, you are my only hope". Click when you see that message, and Kerrigan in her Zerg form appears in a hologram, like the image in this post below. I wonder if this has anything to do with Starcraft 2? http://www.battle.net

Holy crap!!! That's the best discovery ever! New hope. This looks like it should be moved to starcraft 2 section and stickied!

 

WOW. Very nice find, although this doesn't work for my firefox, it works on IE browser.

And Painkiller, you never know! Might be surprised. Blizzard do a lot of things but it's very ambiguous for a joke.

 

That was my first reaction.

 

You know the panda guys on WC3 were ment to be as a joke, but fans loved them, so Blizzard kept them, and added them to the story line of WC. They might do that again, about this.

 

Yeah, I was surprised when I clicked on that little hologram projector at the bottom of the screen; this could be a little easter egg for Starcraft 2. You never know, maybe Jim Raynor will use his love-making skills to bring her back to the Terran influence, lol.

Er, they've had that before Starcraft 2 was announced, and I really think they're just playing off a Star Wars joke.

And I don't think Starcraft 2 will have a happy ending with Kerrigan being returned to a human. I think either she's going to die or she's going to have complete rule over the galaxy.

Okay, here's a high quality screenshot instead. Do you see the little thing that looks like a hologram projector? you click on that, and the Queen of Blades (Sarah Kerrigan) appears.

Yeah they had that waaaaaaaaaaaay before Sc2 was announced. I think it's from some time last year. I noticed it when I read about it on Wikipedia. (It blatantly said on a Trivia page that it's there, so I clicked the link and convinced myself.) It would have been cooler if she would make your CPU explode and tons of Broodlings would pour out of the Motherboard, only to be sliced to ribbons by the fan....

Well, if you read on Wikipedia about Starcraft 2, they said they have been working on it ever since The Frozen Throne was finished for WC3. So, don't get your hopes down.

 

Yeah but they didn't even use a new model for Kerrigan for that hologram, they just used the one in Campaign Ep. VI, so they didn't have that much to show for a game that was so late in development.
