    Hi guys. :)

Basically i connected a mobile battle.net authenticator to my account, I recently got a update for my mobile device and not thinking just pressed update.

Now this wiped my device clean and therefor because of the battle.net authenticator i can lo longer log into my battle.net account.

Ive contacted blizzard support and attached a scan of my full drivers license with my full name on etc, Now my problem is a couple of weeks ago we moved house so my drivers license still has my old address on but i already updated my battle.net account to my new, Current address.

All im wanting to know is will they still remove the authenticator even though the addresses don't match up? ... My name & date of birth etc will match fine just not the addresses.

Thank in advance for any reply's. :)

Pretty sure Blizz is the only one who really knows the answer to that. They may ask you to validate your new address or whatnot. Course, US law states you gotta update it within a month anyway, so might as well get that out of the way.

    Oh, my bad.

If you've already sent it to them, they'll probably get back to you sometime today, either to say it's removed, or that thy need further validation due to the address thing.

I'm surprised that downloading a new mobile authenticator and resyncing didn't work. That's worked for me in the past; at any rate, blizz has outstanding customer support and you'll be playing in no time.
