So, I have strange question. I bought a retail copy of Starcraft II and I just installed it but it is asking for activation to a Battle.net account before I can play. In the past, doing this type of thing, like buying Call of Duty: MW2, I tied it to my Steam account. Now that I hate the game, I can't sell it because it's tied to my Steam account. Same with Mass Effect 2, Dragon Age, etc. All sitting there, not being able to resell. ARGH! So my question is, I have a Battle.net account that I have my WoW accounts registered to, if I decide to sell Starcraft II later on, I am guessing that I shouldn't tie it to my WoW account Battle.net and just create a NEW .net account to tie SCII to... But.. if I do this, will I lose out on any perks in SCII OR WoW but not having them registered to the same Battle.net account?
i doubt anyone will want to buy it off you anyways...it would probably be cheaper later down the line...and they would be stuck with your account and record..just put it on the same account
Diablo II is still $20 10 years later I doubt the price will go down anytime soon on this. Just my opinion though I was just wonder if anyone confirmed any sort of SCII/WoW perks when having it on the same account. My budget is super limited so I usually have to buy games, beat them and then sell them.
You will never be able to beat Starcraft 2, since two thirds of the game is unbeatable (normal multiplayer and custom maps) As a person, i doubt people would like to buy an account, since you may have made it yours with things such as home, credit card info and nationality. My advice is: if you have a limited budget, dont play WoW since it have monthly fees.
