Battle.net 2.0 suggestions

With Starcraft II there is also Battle.net 2.0 coming out and plenty new features such as VoIP. Do you have any suggestions or ideas what should Battle.net 2.0 contain and what should be dropped out?

I think Blizzard has more fundamental changes planned with Battle.net 2.0 but Ill try to think of about the basic everyday improvements and Ill ignore the deeper ideas for now. Feel free to discuss them later.

First of all I think Blizzard should make a kind of hybrid between the WoW account system and the current battlenet system. Someone who buys SCII will create an account (without monthly fees) and that's going to be his main account. And then from there he may chose to create his sub accounts on which he actually plays. This way people can have freedom and can have training chars and what not but they can still be controlled or punished for cheating. Of course there can be some limited amount of sub accounts available and you can delete/edit/add them by yourself. If not then keep the old system, I would definitely hate to see paid subscription system!

    Profile:
    (Horrible! I know, I know...)

    <img src="http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/4372/profileqc3.jpg">

    - Profiles similar to Warcraft III ones.
    - A table containing scores with each race, random and tournaments.
    - A system of avatars (such as in WC3) with starcraft units (starting as SCV or Drone and ending as the mighty Thor or Battlecruiser).
    - A new system of points (read more about it in Games) to replace the warcraft III leveling system - number of points shown.
    - Few windows to enter your information and ma bye make a little comment window where people could comment on the user and such.
    - Ofcourse the information about their 1v1/2v2/3v3/4v4 teams included.
    - Perhaps there could be the name of the users main account or some other way to know that these 2 sub accounts belong to this person (this maybe disabled by the user).
    - A lot more options to customise your profile, such as picking your own zerg/terran/protoss theme.
    - Achievemnts. If Blizzard has to screw battlenet by doing the satans work for esports they could also implement a sort of medal system. You could get medals/achievemnts for winning tournaments or being the first in the ladder or anything Blizzards makes up.

    Matches:
    - The only way to gain points/wins should be by playing the Quick Game, the Tournament or Team game.
    - You shouldnt be able to collect wins by playing with your friends against a computer or any other Custom Maps.
    - A point system:
For each win in 1v1 you gain X points, for winning 2v2 you gain X-10% points... 4v4 you gain X-30% points. The amount of points would depend on the amount of points/percentage of wins of the person you were fighting. Perhaps you could also lose points for losing games so the everyone would have only a certian number, the really bad would have like -2000 the avarage 1000, the really good 4000.
    - These points could show more than the percentage of wins because a guy who wins 10 times in 4v4 against total muffins will get less points than someone who won 10 times in 1v1 against korean pro.
    - I want to see Blizzard making more emphasis on balance, I hate getting an idiot who doesnt even know what rush is in 2v2 against two total pr0s.
    - An ability to setup what race you want to play against would be nice. (ofcourse it would match you with only against people who want to play against your race so some poor little zerg doesnt get smashed by zerg-killer all the time).

    Services:
    - One of the confirmed services is going to be VoIP or possible mass observing of important matches. VoIP is fine aslong as the quality is on certian level and it doesnt lagg the server or atleast is the host/player is able to switch it off.
    - One idea that came in mind is option when you reach certian number of points, you can unlock special avatars or perhaps get something in real like discounts on Blizzard games. :)

    Channels/Clans/Chat:
    - I am quiet happy with the way channels and clan setup looks in WC3. One thing I would like to see is an option (like in Steam) to join the game your friend joined by simply clicking certian button. A detail which helps alot.
    - Increase the limit of users in one channel.
    - I think it would be nice to make some clan page with different events, calendar, a type of guild forum or atleast a table with Clan War results. Atleast some basic web for the clan. Basically like an armory.

    Custom Games:
    - Gadgets like ping or nationality functions build straight into battlenet.
    - Also personal banlist system for all (dota) leavers :) which would warn you if someone who has been banned by you has joined.
    - More function to chose from before starting a game and things like observers included.

    To sum up!
Overall I think Battle.net 2.0 should be very customizable. Perhaps allow some addons (mabye not into the matches particularly, but when you're in the channel and such) and create options to disable/enable stuff like VoIP. I want battle.net to be brand new world of many new things to do and use but at the same time I want be able to play as esialy as in the old battlenet without the new commercial things, if I chose to.

I hope Blizzard wont change the battle.net too much, atleast not for the users (improving servers is always a good thing :). I dont mind big changes but usually big changes mean changes to the worse side and Ill rather have old Warcraftish system than super modern system which is absolutely user unfriendly and buggy.

These are some of my points, any suggestions of yours? Can you think of some greater, more fundamental changes too?

    Wow text wall.

I like the table feature. Win/losses/draws just isn't enough info.

How come there is just one response people?
I find the point system as a very good idea. Nice work.
