Does anyone know what the minimum required bandwidth is to play SC2?

Currently I have a 30Mbps connection but I'll be moving to another area where the available bandwidth is much lower (between 4 and 8 Mbps) and I'm a little worried that it might not be enough.
Will 4 Mpbs sufficient to play SC2 online?

Does someone have experience with bandwidth of 4Mbps or lower?

No the theoretical bandwidth is 8Mbps but 4 to 6 Mbps is the measured bandwidth depending on time of the day. (this is the download bandwidth, upload is 1Mbps)

Screw all you guys and you fast internet! :p lol

Game plays fine on Road Runner Turbo, that is only 15 Mbps and that runs it fine. Assuming you get enough upload, you should be fine so long as its not some saturated segment on a cable internet service.

Speakeasy is the best easy/free method I know of testing a internet connection.

In short, I think you'll be fine, I just hope you have the installation disc if you need to reinstall.
