Avatar Help?

I had really no idea where to put this, and this forum is for pretty much anything, so I'll post it here.
Does anyone know where I could get an avatar of Alexei Stukov? (Basically like the face like I have for the Ghost right now.)

Thanks for the help, but my brain went boom and I typed Duran instead of Stukov, sorry about that.

But I really just want an animated one, I found tons of still ones.

Thanks for the help guys! I'm fine sticking with the Ghost avatar though. That animated one you posted isn't bad.

 

Job's done, I'm closing this, however I'm pretty sure it would have been better to ask this in the multimedia section because that's where the graphism discussions are happening right now.
