AUTO-Cast Spell ( Like Dark Bow on WC3. )

Should collosus have an autocast spell that when his Battery ( mana ) is full he can shoot a surge of energy, then he just continues to attack normally.

Thats just an example, do you think they'll make this able to edit in Editor?

Like, say you edit Collosus to have Zealot's charge ability ^_^

 

of course they will, they already said that the sc2 editor was gonna have all the wc editor stuff

No. 1. Auto cast is nub, 2. The Colossus is kinda of a siege unit so it doesn't need an ability.

Why does everyone want every unit to have an ability, come on now this isn't warcraft.

 

I agree. I think the colossus is good as it is. There are the spellcasters for everything else.

 

Auto-Cast is seriously inconvinient. the castors would cast at some random enemy as soon as they see one. But I like the new system which you can select multiple castors and make them cast spells with separate commands. see the official terran video with ghosts if you dont get it.

 

I still think its nub.

 

Ah well you can always play the original SC. haha

 

Auto-cast is good in WC3 where it helps noobs, but dont help really pros. In starcraft it would just sucks... AI arent clever enought...

 

Ahh thanks for replies, oh and its not like an auto cast heal thing, its like a ability that increases damage for one short time, autocast or not it'd be cool tactics.

 

Hehe, imagining editting so the Colossus had the Overload ability. Instant pwn
