Alright, After much deliberation, I will clear a few things up as well as shed light on what WILL be happening in the near future. I will start from the basics. No one is in trouble, but I see that WE, including myself, need to start improving in on these areas. 1) Rules: The rules for the most party have been followed to a certain extent. Time again and again people have bused the OPS as well as there privlidges to RANK. This will not be anymore. I will start enforcing rules and regulations to the fullest extent. Joking is always fun and games until someone takes it tooo far. Officers, I expect you all to do your job and start being serious. With the summer coming up, and the clan the way it is right now, we have to shapen up a bit. If you see a rule is being broken, correct them. There is no need to be a 100% A-Hole, but, make sure rules are being followed. 2) Bots: I take partial blame for this. Bots have been in the channel giving us that 'Old school Idle Clan" look. That is not our image and we should know it. We are a professional gaming clan and our channel should look like one. As of now, NO ONE is allowed to have more than 1 bot in the channel. We need to cut back on our D2's Wc2/3 bots and start having more SC/BW clients instead. So please, from not on, 1 bot per person (unless they load shaman, that will include 2) We need to get our image back as a gaming clan people, so i expect everyone to do there part. 3) Recruiting: Recruiting has been failing for alot of reasons, 1, people come into our channel and think we are a straight up bot clan. No more of this. 2. People have inquired to joining and we have had people say stupid things like "NO GTFO" or "TITS OR GTFO" or "NO! /ban" No more of this, if they ask to recruit, you will do your best to recruit. If worse comes to worse, I will re-create the Recruiting Administration for those bot people who do not game, and will be in channel recruiters. We need to start being a little more professional people. Also, please check in with the site. New recruits are required to check into ADMIN at our main web. 4) Fights and Crying Enough said. Officers, from now on, if i see fights between you people, get ready for crap from me and 2can. Officers will no longer fight eachother over stupid crap. If you guys argue, take it to a channel to straighten it out. I dont want you guys b.itching and crying and fighting in the channel. That goes for Enlisted as well. 5) New Administration / Website ClanEmpire.Net has a new website that is close to finished. Please check in with ADMIN to get your name posted. Also, I will be working on a new administration, so stay tuned for that. Everyone WILL register with the site and with the admin office. Get people if they havent done so. 6) Co-COmmander As of right now CowOnFire[E] will remain as Co-Commander UNDER 2can until something else arises. 7) Expectations We all have worked hard thus far, but we all have been slacking as well, including myself. We will put in 110% to get us out of this minor setback and back on track. Starting Today, there will be weekly updates on either the forums and clan site, or both, every sunday the administrations will talk and check up on progress. Lets make April a good month. this "IA" form for being gone for 30+ days... what does it apply to? on SC or forum or both? i can be active on forum atleast 2 times a week and once every 2 weeks for sure... but since summer is near i can be alittle more active i guess what i am saying is, will i drop rank if i come by every 2 weeks on SC game and every 2 times per 1 week?
