Attached files can't be .scm .scx .rep

    It makes sense to me that these file types should be allowed as post attachments for a Starcraft site. It would encourage map and replay sharing. At the moment you have to put them in zip files but it's not like they are huge files to begin with.

    AFAIK attachment handling hasn't been touched at all so the options are very limited stock ones. They'll be fixed in the near future, I suppose.
