Where can I find a comprehensive list of armored and light units?

Are there any other relevant classifications?

Off the top of my head (Well i ended up checking a few >>)

    Light:
    Protoss \ Terran \ Zerg
    Zealot \ Marine \ Banelings
    Sentries \ Banshees \ Zerglings
    Phoenixs \ Ghosts \ Hydralisks
    Observors \ Hellions \ Mutalisks
High Templar \ Reapers \ Broodlings
Dark Templar \ Ravens \ Infested Terrans
    Interceptors
    ALL WORKERS

    Armoured
    Terran \ Protoss \Zerg
    Marauders \ Stalkers\ Infestors
    Vikings \ Immortals \ Roachs
    BCs \ Colossi \ Ultralisks
    Thors \ Motherships \ Corruptors
Siege tanks \ Carriers \ Brood Lords
    Medivacs \ Void Rays \ Overlords/Overseers

    Mechanical is significant for terran
    SCVs
The rest are obvious i think

Massive is also useful to know
    Mothership
    BC
    Colossi
    Ultralisks
    Thors

    Biological is fairly straight foward
SCVs are both biological and mechanical

They're err good to memorise for counters >>

    What significance does "massive" bear?

Well corruptors do a bit of extra damage against them, Marauders can't slow them, phoenixs can't lift them and Ultralisks and Colosii can crush the sentries barriers. Additionally the colosii is considered flying as AA can hit it.

the only thing i can find is that massive units cannot be picked up by phoenixes gravition beam.
and this isnt a massive trait but collusi cant be hit by ATA units

And although zealots are light and marauders do extra damage to armored, marauders are the counter to zealots? If not, what else?

And what counters (fast) void rays? Marines melt once they are charched up... Only vikings?

Massive is a unit property given to things like Battlecruisers, Carriers, Ultralisks, etc. It's just one more armor type, though not a lot of units do bonus damage against it.

Thors should be attackable with AA like Colossus. Ultra's shouldn't share that designation as they cannot attack air units and they definitely dont melt ground units like colossus. It's almost impossible for ground units to kill a few Colossi, but they can kill ultras.

i dont know about that one... i mean thors aren't really that tall are they?
i think it will completely change the battle if that happends... ^^
and if it does... then the thors should get a buff (i just dont think it would be too fair if air-to-air units could shoot thors)
even though im a Zerg player!! xD

Thors aren't mentioned in the list of massive units, but they are definitely massive-type. They can't be lifted and can break force fields :)
