Are you automatically placed in games with others in your division?

    I finally reached the gold division and noticed that my opponents are significantly better now and I am losing more often than winning. Is this because I am playing others who are in the gold rank? Does bnet automatically place you in a game based on your rank/division?

    Its because your playing gold rank usually with the match system.

    Weird. In my 1v1 silver division, i'm always playing mid-high rank golds. But in my 2v2 platinum division, i'm always playing high rank platinums.

    how do you know what ranks they are? do you just ask?
