Anyone Wanna get there banner featured?

Hello All,

If You Dont know me, I am Shadow[E], Clan Leader for Clan Empire @USEast (http://www.ClanEmpire.Net) And I am wondering if anyone is up to the challenge to Do a Banner for the Clan Website. It will replace the banner we currently have up. If anyone is interested, We would greatly appreciate your efforts. Of course we will give you credit by posting your name on our forums and thanking you via our clan website. SO, if you want to try, please go ahead and post your banners here, the best one will be taken and we will use it.

Like in size, theme (if you want melee pics or artwork or what)..

Also, could you post the one I would be replacing?

Same question, except I also want to know what main color scheme (blue? red? mixed? light? dark?) and a few keywords (protoss? ground? gangster?) to theme it all up.

Well, it would have to match our color scheme, ClanEmpire.Net, red and black, Terran perferably. Maybe a sweet BC pic, nothing cheesy And about the same size as the one that was posted with the battlecruisers. Thats our current banner.

I thought about using Overminds, but it doesnt match our color scheme xDD

It's a little bit larger than the one that's currently on the website.

I took a couple of artworks, worked a lot on one of em and merged em togheter.

Any suggestions?

Same here, used an artwork for a quickie just to demonstrate the concept before finetuning:

If actually, if you both manage to get the banners to the same dimensions as the original, i can add both of yours to a rotating banner, which i think would be awsome. It would switch banners ever 3 - 5 seconds.

 

I like the letters you used kuv.. which one is it?

If its a good quality one like Lombar's and Kuvasz, then yes. :}

 

They're AVP and Bell Gothic.

I'm just going to see if I can improve the banner before I resize it to 790x296, if we can agree in those dimensions.

edit: added thruster trails and changed the text a bit.

 

I believe that should work.
