anyone still play SC1?

I haven't played for years. Just saw the disc the other day and wanted to play again. Anyone playing?

I started playing it again when I saw SC2 is coming, but I don't play it anymore.

 

Yeah, still play with my clan mates from other MMOs and RPGs. Although the graphics are not as good as many many many many many other games, the solid game play keeps me coming back.

Also, playing with rl friends gives you bragging rights and you know they won't hack.

I miss it so much. I still have my Broodwar CD, but no Original Cd or CD keys. I would just use my friend's, but hes being petty about it. Since it doesn't work on his Mac OS hes taking the " if I can't have it you can't". I'm about ready to break into his house and take 'em anyways.

 

I dont have a computer this is not mine but I get one this sunday or sat I will make a new one or use Dark_Commander if I still know the password because its been years since I played it because somehow when I put the disc in it broke and the computer was destroy but I dont know if my dad will hoke up my pc when I get one with internet.

Hmm, most poeple who play Starcraft nowadays live in Korea I guess, it's pretty huge there.
At the world cyber games they give away millions of price money and have a 24/7 TV channel only for Starcraft. Lol.

But I still play it to, although not online, only lan or against the CPU, because I have borrowed the game from a friend (a few years ago XD). So I don't have a cd-key.

 

I still play SC, but i'm playing WoW at the moment

 

I'm going to fix my laptop and get SC1 and put it on there becaue it's an old comp but it should hold starcraft , is it skirmish/quick play in it?

Ych9 and I have been playing quite a bit. We'll probably be on a little bit later today.

But I'm heading away for the weekend and probably won't be able to play all that much.

I play every day. Somethimes UMS, but im into real games now, like Lost Temple and Luna. Im halfway between an average player and a good player, but far from being a real pro. Thats for the freaks that have been playing for 9 years non stop..., its pretty hard to reach them tho ive beaten some old school opponents already.

i started to play SC 1 again some weeks ago.i don't play on Battle.Net(i'm too much of a noob to play against anyone there anyway),but i like to play the campaigns a lot...

 

Currently since almost all of my games have been rendered useless beacause of vista issues sc1 has been the ONLY game i've been playing so far (ironic that a game made in 1998 works well on vista while Empire Earth 2 keeps crashing)
But i'm still horrible at it...

I suggest we form some kind of a match making board or something it would be rather fun setting up some tournaments.
