That. Trying to do a basic 4 Player campaign like the WarChasers. Trying to include: Hero Select Creeps Lots of Bosses etc.
I have experience making wc3 maps, but I don't know warchasers. Can you be more specific with what you want.
Um... How do you use change the spell and items? (by spell and items, I mean like making new items and spells)
Go to the object editor and you'll have access to the spells. Take a spell and "clone" it (copy it) with a new name. Now change the available statistics. That's just basic stuff. If you're looking for new graphical effects, you'll need an expert.
Are you going to have the fixed camera? Because I'd actually love to know how to do that... And somehow you should include a save/load system. And the Object Editor will be your friend for spells and items.
my tip is concentrating and finding good friends that can make maps like dota and share it with us for the coming game... lol try checking some mapmaking websites.. and look in their threads
I'm sure sc2:dota will be available within 12 hours after it hits the shelves. You can only change spells in the TFT editor. Items can be redefined in both... Goto the object editor (menu or button bar) and there will be a tab near the top of the new window called "Items" To create a new item, right click on one from the list to use as a template and click copy-paste.
