Looks good. I'll be sticking more to the normal game myself but i'll look into those. They look fun

 

I LOVE the custom games
Can't wait for the more professional time-spent ones (DotA style)

I've played the hydralisk thing with upgrades, was ok but I liked it.. then the towerdefense I really like.. and the zerg survival stuff is awesome too

 

yah i cant wait till the game is open to the public and see what amazing game people come out with, i cant even imagine it with how great the possibilities are with the editor

 

looked like a lot of SC zone control and Bunker Defense.

 

Turret defense is epic win. Looks just like the original lmao.

 

Right now we are seeing a lot of remakes of old SC1 and WC3 custom maps, but as the game gets older and more and more mappers start joining the community (and older ones come out of the woodwork), we'll be able to better understand how good the SC2 map editor really is, and I think we'll start to see custom games that are completely new.

For instance, I've seen Pong remakes, Pacman remakes, Tetris, Space Defenders, etc, as well as Racing games which are similar to Mario Cart. There are also some First person shooter /3rd person WoW style custom maps, which don't look too polished yet, but the potential for new awesome content is huge.

Ive played some of those TDs... I thought they were depressingly bad.

I guess if you grow up on wintermaul everything else pales in comparison
