I just picked up Starcraft 2 yesterday and after an 8 hour digital download of the installer, due to there either being something wrong with the disk or my disk drive, I must say I love the game so far, even if I am running on the lowest graphics. I was just wondering what Video Card would be good to get it to run it more smoothly, as in some of the bigger fights and cutscenes(such as in the third mission when the ship arrives to evacuate you) it lags and becomes a bit choppy. Also, I wouldn't mind letting it run on slightly higher graphics as well. I have my computer diagnostics and I will attach them to the post, and I do realize I only have a dual core processor. I'm not the most computer savvy person so I would also like to ask if it is possible to change out the processor without buying an entirely new computer, or would it be less expensive just to buy a new computer than to try and fix this one up? Thanks ahead for any help I receive. I really appreciate it.
