I've been playing zerg against the AI to get some basic strategies down before venturing out into online play. Could I get some feedback regarding the following strategy?

    8 pool
    9 OL
    9 - 12 lings (rush with 8)
    13 drone
    14 queen
16 OL (at this point, I'm in base attacking with 8 ling rush)
    18 Roach Warren
    17 Extractor
*if base is weak after 8 ling rush, start pumping lings, research speed, try for early economic kill
**if base is still strong, pump drones and roaches, tech to hydras, expansion around ~20

I appreciate people's opinions. I realize that this is a pretty standard 8-pool build, but wanted to know some hard-counters I should be aware of and or flaws

you should get an extractor right after you have put down your pool, so you get the ling speed as fast as possible. get your queen earlier.

depending on what your opponent is doing, example, if you are against Terran where they have walled off their entrance, you should build 8 banelings and destroy their wall. and run in with a bunch of speed lings.

I'm trying to make a quick rush build that also leaves room to recover its economy from committing to a pool/lings so early. Won't making an extractor and putting drones on it at 8 or 9 put me in a giant economic hole?
