Okay i mostly play 4vs4 because well its more macro intensive instead of micro, but im forever getting people saying 4vs4 is just luck, in my opinion it's about knowing what tactic's are common . ,scouting and getting the team to counter but i'd like to see whether people think it's luck i.e having a better macro team or about team's overall ability to perform better than the opponents
Well i'm not that great of a player but i really find 4s macro intensive.because a sudden change in morale may decide who wins the game. 4v4 is very difficult to play well also because of the limited spacing you get on the map and how everyone is trying to outmacro each other. i dont really think luck has that big of a part to play in 4v4 because it's just like 1v1 where you have to scout a lot and know what the opponent is doing so you can counter and stuff. well again i'm not that great =p and i'm bored in my computer class soooo iono! xD
I know what you mean by macro intensive i played 8 games in one day each game over an hour and went to bed with the worst headache ever xD
all team games have a set of luck if you playing with random people, if your playing a full team 4 vs a full4 team 4 its going to have a lot less luck involved, but the dynamics of a 4v4 are very different from a 1v1.
Well I would say the luck is getting team mates that can work together and communicate with each other. I guess thats what I get for playing random though huh?
Lol i think the reason why i do alright in it is because i play with two friends and one random and the people i play with are quite good or i think they are, so in other words i have a little advantage
