Island Pathway

The mighty Terran Thors hold their position and assault the oncoming Protoss fleet. Hopefully this pathway tunnels them into defeat.



Darkened Nights

Within the midst of night, the Protoss attack out of the shadows with some Zealots and Colossus. The Terran are quickly alerted and send in some Marines to thwart the attackers.



Scorched the Sky

Two large Terran fleets clash amidst the burning earth below. Will the large aerial fleet of Banshees and Battlecruisers succeed or perish below.

wow, the graphics keep getting better and better :3
interceptors looking brilliant. and though people hate the carrier, it's beautiful. everything seems really bright and it's easier to see units, I like how it's turning out. Collasus is still a giant brute, the scenery is amazing. the lava is cool but it seems a little off, though it's wicked to see another color on the battlefield besides blue, green, or gray

 

The Thors appear to have new art for their shoulder cannons. Nice.

The second BC from the top appears to have gotten wings on the command bridge from an ability upgrade. The different versions of the BC should look as different as possible from each other so that's good.

 

Yeah i can see the wings, very interesting yet i do not know why however the BC looks awesome with those wings.

Me like Marines with shield

 

dropships can shoot?

 

No they are missiles from the Vikings (the large missiles i think) and the Turrets (the smaller missiles...i think)

a guy at gamestop told me that they were gettin a shipment in june, me and him are rely good friends so i dont think he would lie to me.

 

hmmm, did blizzard even release the date of sc2's first bit of the trilogy. i'm not doubting your friend, LB, but maybe he got it wrong or it's next june, they said it wouldn't be out for awhile if i remember correctly. though 6 months sounds reasonable. not sure, though, still seems like they wouldn't, knowing that they gotta make all the campaign and all.

 

Thats true, I guess I'll call him to night and ask or go see him tomorrow at work.

 

good idea. he might be right, tho. they'd prolly tell the stores if they were shipping it. though not necessarily their fan base because they want to announce that later.

 

June would be great, maybe start up the beta in January, beta January-June seems like enough time.

I think this screenshot is the response to those folk (including myself) who thought the game was too bright and cartoony.

 

Strange .... new pics but the Colossus kept its former single ray attack.

And marines of image 1 have their shield

 

Lava looks a bit off, yeah Kurai.

And Archons seem to have a bit too much team colour, or it's that I hate pink on them.

New Thor shoulders are sexy.
